How to book an event?It’s easy as 1, 2, 3! 1. Meet an event planner, and let us know about your upcoming event. We’ll ask about participation, themes, budgets, dates and timeframes. 2. We’ll build the immersive event venue a according to the specifications of your event, and prompt you for approval once it’s complete. This usually takes 2-3 business days. 3. We’ll schedule a walk-through of your event to review the itinerary and space features.

Do I need to download any software?NO! All events or workspaces can be accessed through SSO (single-sign-on) n a web-based platform. This means you won't need to create an account or provide any personal details or sensitive information. Just click the link in your calendar to access the spaces! Single sign-on (SSO) in the enterprise refers to the ability for employees to log in just one time with one set of credentials to get access to all corporate apps, websites, and data for which they have permission. SSO solves key problems for the business by providing greater security and compliance.

Do I need to be a computer expert?Absolutely not! What are the limitations on participation for events?The largest event space can accommodate up to 150 participants per ‘floor’. Larger events will feature multiple ‘floors’ with simple navigation between them. As an example, conventions with 1500 registrations are held on a 10-floor solution to accommodate all participants.
